My goal is to help you achieve your true potential while enjoying the experience! I create an individually tailored training plan for you based on your goals, weekly schedule, fitness level, and motivation. My experience as a professional triathlete has taught me what it takes to help you succeed but it is just as important to me that you enjoy the journey. It has become my life – learning every aspect that goes into getting faster – Nutrition, Recovery, Technique/Mechanics, Strength Training, Base Training, Speed Work and much more!

Communication is the foundation of a good training plan. I am available by email and phone to guide you through the ups’ and downs’ of training. I have a passion for carefully designing the most customized training program possible, and delivering coaching in a fun, efficient and enjoyable atmosphere.
